Job Description
Thomas Eye Group is seeking a dynamic Special Testing Technician to join their team, supporting ophthalmology clinics with patient tests using advanced equipment and interacting with patients and other technicians.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in an Ophthalmic Clinic preferred.
- Knowledge of EMR, MS Word, and Excel; ability to type 45 wpm.
- Familiarity with ophthalmic terminology preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual speaking skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and promptness.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
