Job Description
We are recruiting for an AST Property Manager for a fast-growing multi-branch estate agency in South West London. The role involves managing a portfolio of residential properties and requires a minimum of 18 months experience as an AST Property Manager.
Requirements
- Management of a portfolio of circa 100 residential properties
- Arranging gas/electrical safety certificates and EPC's
- Collecting and registering deposits with DPS schemes
- Arranging rent collections
- Processing and managing invoices
- Acting as a liaison between Landlords and tenants
- Organising and arranging PAT tests
- Coordinating inventory checks
- Management of reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks
- Liaising with and coordinating contractors
- Managing checkins/checkouts
