Job Description
Thomas Webb Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head Concierge to lead the front-of-house team at a landmark super prime residence in Vauxhall. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury residential or five-star hospitality and deliver an exceptional resident experience while managing and mentoring a concierge team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Head Concierge or Senior Concierge in a luxury residential or five-star hospitality setting
- Demonstrable experience in team leadership, staff training, and rota management
- Exceptional personal presentation and polished communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Proven ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth individuals, VIPs, and discerning residents
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively
- Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to delivering consistently high service standards
