Job Description
Join a high-performing legal team as a Compliance Attorney and oversee processes on Statutes of Limitations (SOL) compliance, lien and subrogation compliance, and conflicts checks. This role reports directly to the General Counsel and plays a critical role in protecting client rights and preserving the firm's ethical standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience practicing law; personal injury (PI) litigation experience preferred (plaintiff or defense)
- Active membership in a State Bar and license to practice law in good standing — mandatory
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail; proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Strong legal research, analytical thinking, and persuasive writing skills
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable interacting with attorneys, paralegals, adjusters, and vendors by phone and in person
