Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years handling personal injury matters in a law firm or insurance environment
• At least 2+ years managing pre-litigation negotiations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and negotiation with carriers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
