The Referral Attorney will oversee and grow the firm's national referral network, partner with leadership to optimize case intake and tracking, and identify opportunities to maximize referral revenue.
Requirements
- JD with 2–3 years of experience in personal injury or related practice
- Strong relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking, analyzing, and reporting outcomes
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple referral relationships simultaneously
