Job Description
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for fulfilling orders while working both independently and as part of a team. This role requires the ability to complete order fulfillment for both internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
- Select and pull correct parts from inventory in the appropriate quantities
- Accurately process and complete parts orders with minimal supervision
- Safely operate lift trucks in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Respond professionally and effectively to customer needs and requests
- Mentor and support Shipping Clerk Trainees as assigned
- Deliver parts and packages to designated areas in a timely manner
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of merchandise with common carriers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
