Credit Controller I (French Speaking)

Credit Controller I researches complex customer accounts and negotiates payment resolutions in English and French. Manages daily portfolio end-to-end, maximizing receivable recovery and minimizing credits/cancellations.

Requirements

• Conduct extensive research and analysis of account history
• Contact customers to secure payment and resolve billing disputes
• Provide professional and attentive services to customers
• Analyze and research individual account histories that are complicated and multi-faced
• Exercise independent judgment in researching disputed balances and negotiating compromise with customers
• Manage individual portfolios on a day-to-day basis with no backlogs and minimal cancellation/credit adjustments
