Job Description
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Principal Engineer, AI to design and ship agentic and generative AI systems that power the next generation of content and editorial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven record of developing scalable, full-stack, AI solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven record of developing scalable, full-stack, AI solutions.
- Experience with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts such as Agentic systems, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), LLMs, Devops and SDLC for AI projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and promote best practices in release management, AI dev tools, and test-driven development.
