Job Description
This job posting is for a Senior Software Engineer, AI position in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will develop and maintain AI/ML features, work closely with senior engineers and data scientists, and participate in the full software development lifecycle for AI/ML projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 1+ years of professional software development experience
- Understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
- Experience with AI/ML implementation
- Knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
- Understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts and algorithms
- Basic experience with at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Knowledge of version control (Git), testing, and debugging
- Experience with data manipulation using pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries
