We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team and manage technical support to technical engineering team across multiple initiatives and develop new approaches to solve somewhat ambiguous problems identified across the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years in a people leadership & product development leadership role.
- Ability to elaborate on/demonstrate experience bringing in transformations within process improvement and team development.
- Ability to identify and implement new technologies to improve upon product.
- Experience preforming software development with Python development stack.
- Experience preforming software development AWS cloud development stack.
- Experience with an Agile development process is required.
- Experience preforming software development with one of the following frontend technologies is preferred but not required: React / Typescript / Tailwind.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster an environment of collaboration and innovation.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and team scaling.
