The role involves analyzing spend, contracts, and supply markets, and supporting the integrated transformation strategy and project management activities for Global Procurement processes and systems. You will also build opportunity pipelines and collaborate with team members to drive results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English is a must
- Previous 1+ years procurement or vendor management experience
- Experience with procurement systems such as Ariba, SAP, and Service Now is a PLUS
- Experience in or aptitude for managing projects or a portfolio of initiatives with an understanding of general alternatives available in the marketplace environment
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to collaborate with team members
- A self-started with the ability to drive for results with some direction and desire to learn new skills
- Familiarity with budgets and billing processes
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment
