ASW Weapons Analyst (Navy USW/ASW/SHAREM)

THOR Solutions is seeking a mid-level ASW Weapons Analyst to support the U.S. Navy’s Ship Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring (SHAREM) program at the Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) in San Diego, CA.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least ten (10) years of U.S. Navy experience relating to ship/submarine/aircraft operations and warfare tasks
• At least three (3) years of experience planning exercise activities on Navy training ranges
• At least three (3) years of experience analyzing the results of Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) weapons firings
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficient with common productivity software, including the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills
