The Assistant/Assistant Director – Engineering and Operations will actively participate in planning, coordination, and supervision of activities related to operation, maintenance, and development and modernization of the electricity distribution network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Automation, Control, or related field)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a field related to the aerial distribution of electrical power (medium and low voltage)
• Motivational leadership, clear and effective communication in French
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer service orientation and ability to interact with various partners
• Rigor, autonomy, and collaborative spirit
