Senior BIM Modeler

Role Overview

The Senior Structural BIM Modeler will lead the creation and coordination of detailed structural models and project deliverables using TT's current BIM software platforms. The role requires close collaboration with engineers and other disciplines to ensure design intent and constructability are accurately represented in the model.

What You Will Do

Create 3D models to a high level of accuracy, develop plans, sections, elevations, schedules and details from a 3D BIM model, and clearly annotate, dimension, and detail 2D production drawings.

Requirements

• Degree in a related discipline (Structure, Civil Engineering, Architecture, etc.)
• Familiar with Autodesk Revit Structure and BIM360/ACC
• Minimum of 4 years of BIM experience
• Working knowledge of drawing production, standard construction techniques, and principals
• Thorough understanding of building components for modeling structural components intelligently and efficiently
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English
