Requirements
- Framework Expertise: Deep expertise in SOC 1 and 2 reporting standards, with 5+ years of experience performing SOC or related IT audits in an audit or consulting firm.
- Technology Enthusiast: Familiarity with advanced cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a passion for leveraging technology to solve problems.
- Collaborative Leader: Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, while working cross-functionally to achieve big-picture goals.
- Problem Solver: Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Forward-Thinking: A visionary who sees how AI and automation can transform the audit process and is eager to help lead that transformation.
- Customer-Centric: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
- Certified Pro: CPA, CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect)
