Leadman Scaffold Builder

Lead and supervise a team of scaffolders, ensure work is completed on time and to specification. Enforce strict adherence to all safety guidelines and regulations, conduct regular safety checks, and train crew members on safe scaffolding practices. Oversee the construction and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate scaffolding needs with other trades and personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in scaffolding or industrial construction
• Previous experience as a Leadman or Foreman on scaffolding projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards related to scaffolding
• Certifications (Preferred): Scaffolding Competent Person certification or equivalent, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification
