Lead Developer (Java/Node.js/Python + JavaScript/TypeScript)

Lead Developers act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that teams are successful in their delivery. The role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to balance high-level and tactical mindsets, working with clients and teammates to bring a technical vision to life.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience using Python or Node JS or Java + Javascript or Typescript with experience in Object-Oriented programming
• Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous
• Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing and infrastructure automation
