We are looking for a hands-on Workshop Coordinator to run the Greenbank yard and keep the fleet in good shape and moving. You will lead a small team, mentor staff, and work on the tools. The ideal candidate has trade qualifications, strong technical knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- Trade qualification in the relevant field
- Proven experience as a Workshop or Maintenance Supervisor / Coordinator
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, diagnostics and civil equipment
- Solid planning and organisational skills to manage schedules and competing priorities
- Welding skills, plus prep and painting knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and prioritise breakdowns without losing your cool
- Team-oriented, able to engage well with both workshop and field crews
