Force Development Analyst

Threat Tec, LLC is seeking an experienced Force Development Analyst to support U.S. Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role requires deep expertise in special operations missions, strategic and theater-level planning, and force development processes to enhance operational effectiveness, survivability, and lethality.

Requirements

• Prior military service
• Experience serving on the staff of a Special Operations or combat arms battalion, regiment, or brigade
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), or equivalent operational planning processes
• Thorough understanding of SOF capabilities, operations, and support
• Understanding of multi-domain operations
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Graduate of an Armed Forces Command and Staff College or equivalent Professional Military Education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Active Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to required systems
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
