Event Coordinator

ThreatLocker is looking for a dedicated and engaging Event Coordinator to set up and manage trade shows and other industry-specific corporate events. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, strong analytical and influencing skills, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of managing small to large scale trade shows
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management or Public Relations
• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred
• Strong research and evaluation skills
• Experience negotiating and managing contracts
• Proven success in planning and executing multiple in-person events
• Highly organized and analytical
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic and proactive thinker
• Resilient and hardworking
