Job Description
The Pursuing Firm is seeking a senior leader for its Construction business sector in the telecommunications vertical. The ideal candidate will strategically complement existing leadership, strengthen industry contacts, and contribute to the firmâs future growth. This role partners with Engineering and Administration to translate strategic plans into safe, efficient, and repeatable construction operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Ten years of progressive construction/field operations experience in wireless telecommunications (macro towers & site civil development)
- Demonstrated success delivering large multi-site wireless rollouts and complex integration projects
- Strong knowledge of tower construction, structural design, and site civil development
- Minimum of four (4) yearsâ experience in client strategy development, client management, and client-facing (multi-sized) project management
- Experience managing multi-tier subcontractor networks and major vendors
- Proven record of accomplishment with project controls, estimating, scheduling and PM/ERP tools
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Commitment to safety culture and regulatory compliance
- Travel in accordance with fluctuating industry events
