Campaign Build Manager

We're looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of data-driven experiences using Adobe’s Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimiser. The role involves translating business needs into scalable AEP solutions, ensuring data integrity, technical excellence, and best-practice execution.

Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform
• Proven hands-on experience with Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, and translating Adobe Campaign Classic into AEP solutions.
• Strong grasp of XDM schemas, identity services, APIs, and data governance, with proficiency in SQL and platforms like Snowflake.
• Skilled in managing expectations, influencing decisions, and mentoring team members to build technical capability.
• Experience defining documentation standards, QA frameworks, and scalable processes for digital marketing and data projects.
• Comfortable working in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence to drive collaboration and efficiency.
