VodafoneThree is seeking a Finance Manager to deliver clear and accurate insights into the Consumer margin performance through month-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, while maintaining strong financial discipline across the Consumer area.
Requirements
- Prepare clear, executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that emphasise data storytelling and practical, actionable insights.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide meaningful business insight and constructively challenge assumptions.
- Support strategic initiatives by offering financial guidance, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
- Lead deep-dive analysis and commentary on Consumer performance across Revenue and Direct Costs.
- Combine financial and operational insights to strengthen the organisationâs understanding of performance.
- Lead the creation of models that project long-term growth and identify key factors influencing performance.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, recommending actions that help optimise outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and IFRS standards.
- Review current processes and working practices to identify opportunities for efficiency, improved insight, and enhanced analysis.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of finance professionals, fostering an inclusive environment that supports growth and collaboration.
- Experience partnering with and supporting director-level stakeholders, with the ability to influence outcomes while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated strengths in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project delivery.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently.
- Solid financial acumen, with experience in business partnering and strong commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
