Requirements

• Senior qualified lawyer or highly experienced senior regulatory advisor
• Deep understanding of telecoms products, customer journeys, and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to embed regulatory obligations into commercial and operational processes
• Experience in regulatory enforcement, including advising on complaints, investigations, and dispute resolution
• Proven ability to lead complex legal/regulatory workstreams related to product integration, proposition development, and go-to-market delivery
