Job Description
Join our dynamic Mindshift team as an internship for Learning & Development and unleash your creativity and skills across various aspects of Learning & Development. You will have the opportunity to adapt and optimize training materials, design and develop training materials, and more.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication, or Business, with an interest in Learning & Development.
- A passion for project management and soft skills.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
