Job Description
Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist- Community Homes to join their management team in their IDD Residential Services Division.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field
- Two years managerial/supervisory experience
- Two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Computer knowledge
- Valid PA Driver's License
- PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Pre-employment Drug Screen
- Pre-employment Physical Exam
- PA Criminal History Clearance
- FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
