Job Description
Community Support Specialists provide mental health and substance use treatment support in a person's community, removing barriers to mental healthcare through care planning and case management. They help clients strengthen daily living skills and adapt to their client's schedule, needs, and treatment plan.
Requirements
- Effective communication and relationship-building
