Job Description
ThriftBooks is a used book retailer seeking a Warehouse Production Manager for its 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have supervisory warehouse experience, excellent attendance, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- At least three years of supervisory warehouse experience
- Ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet production goals
- Excellent attendance and consistent meeting of goals and metrics
- Positive and respectful attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds
