Alumni Data Specialist (Temporary)

The Alumni Data Specialist plays a key role in measuring the long-term impact of Thrive Scholars' programs by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data on program alumni.

Requirements

• Design and implement data collection tools to gather accurate and comprehensive information about alumni education, employment, and career milestones.
• Collaborate with the Community Engagement and Career Development teams to maintain up-to-date alumni contact information.
• Manage data imports, cleaning, validation, and standardization across multiple sources.
• Compile and analyze alumni outcome data to identify trends in education attainment, graduate school enrollment, career progression, and salary benchmarks.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for data integrity, automation, and efficiency.
