2+ years of experience in college admissions, financial aid, or college advising, with a focus on selective colleges, 2+ years of professional experience, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, highly skilled relationship-builder, strong organizational skills

10 years of experience in fundraising, with 5 years of experience in major gifts and 5 years of experience in program management

4+ semesters of teaching experience, proficiency in Canvas and Slack, and a master's degree in humanities or social sciences/mathematics/engineering

3+ years of experience managing and analyzing data, strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with a data management or CRM platform

1-2 years of experience as a practicing nurse, valid RN or LPN license, and current certification in Advanced First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer

High school degree, Leadership experience, Experience working with youth

10+ years in fundraising experience, knowledge of Salesforce, experience working with major donors, strong communication skills, and experience in development operations
