Job Description
The College Readiness Fellowship is a paid, residential summer program for current college students interested in building leadership, mentorship, and program management skills while making a meaningful impact. Fellows support talented rising high school seniors and incoming college freshmen from under-resourced communities as they prepare for success at top colleges and beyond.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college in the U.S.
- Experienced in leadership, mentorship, or student support roles
- Passionate about working with low-income first generation, underresourced students
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to creating positive change
- Professional in setting boundaries and exercising discretion as near-peer leaders
