Job Description
Thrive Scholars is seeking Teaching Assistants to work with high-achieving students in a residential summer program. The role involves teaching and mentoring students in college-level math or writing courses, as well as fostering a sense of community and promoting resilience and a growth mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Competency in college-level calculus or writing
- Experience in a learning environment
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities
