Requirements
- Empathy and active listening skills
- Motivational support and problem-solving skills
- Organizational capability
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Dependable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance
- 1+ year of caregiving experience or related field
- RBT Cert. (preferred)
- Previous experience with BI patients (preferred)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling etc. (preferred)
