Requirements

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5+ account managers and outside sales executives
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to retain existing clients and acquire new accounts
• Conduct high-level negotiations with key clients
• Analyze market trends and customer needs
• Prepare detailed reports on account status, forecasting, and business development
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for the sales department
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events
