Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of network support experience
- Experience designing network architectures inclusive of LAN/WAN networking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to articulate technical information and convey to non-technical people
- Excellent customer service skills
- CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred)
- NSE 4 certification (preferred)
- CCNA certification (preferred)
- CCNP certification (preferred)
