Thuma is seeking a proactive Retail Associate to join our new team in San Francisco. The Retail Associate will deliver a best-in-class customer experience as part of our San Francisco store team.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer experience
• Maintain the store's visual identity within brand guidelines
• Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge
• Operate all systems seamlessly
• Serve as a Thuma Brand Ambassador
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Support the ecommerce customer experience team
• Step into the cafe when needed
• Support Management on back-of-house operations
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
