Finance Systems & AI Solutions Manager

The company is looking for a Finance Systems & AI Solutions Manager to lead the strategy and deployment of finance tools, integrations, AI-powered solutions and workflow automation. The role will involve partnering with adjacent system owners, designing and deploying AI-powered finance solutions, and enabling leadership decision-making by building scalable reporting infrastructure and self-service analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working at the intersection of finance and technology
• Experience applying AI automation within finance/accounting workflows
• Demonstrated expertise in financial data architecture and AI-ready datasets
• Practical understanding of governance frameworks
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Track record of delivering reporting and analytics solutions
