Job Description
We’re seeking a Federal Solution Architect who plays a key leadership role in designing and driving the successful delivery of complex Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions, specifically within Service Cloud. Working closely with the Program Manager, the Solution Architect functions as a liaison between the Federal client and the Thunder team, translating mission requirements into scalable architecture.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, preferably in large-scale Federal environments.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience solutioning for Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Proven working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities, including the ability to architect autonomous agents and generative AI solutions within a secure Government Cloud Plus environment.
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with advanced expertise in configuration, customization, and business process modeling.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills.
- Strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs in cleared delivery environments.
