As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for supporting Salesforce CRM products, managing cases and tasks, and designing integrations between Salesforce and external systems. You will also act as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams, and provide end-user support.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce CRM products (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Demonstrated mastery in relational databases, object-oriented programming, software development lifecycle, algorithm analysis
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations: SOAP and REST Web Services/APIs, other Salesforce APIs, and ETL tools
- Mastery of languages like Java, Javascript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML
- Great work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team environment
- Creative, critical thinker, analytical (ability to think out of the box)
- Good problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Time-management and priority management skills
- Effective communication skills (i.e. able to translate technical requirements into business language)
- Ability to be proactive, and work efficiently and productively with very minimal supervision
