Reablement Care Worker - Community Team

We are currently looking for Reablement Care Workers who can work in our Reablement Community Homecare Team. This role is an interesting opportunity to provide care and support to Service Users in their own homes whilst they regain independence.

Requirements

• Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle required
• Professional attitude at all times and knowledge around the understanding of Dementia, Challenging behaviours and Manual Handling
• Training will be provided
