We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer Process Development to join our team in Sibiu, Romania. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical process development, assembly, and mounting, as well as knowledge of CAD design, SAP usage, and basic TPM principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing processing, assembly, and mounting processes for new or existing products, as well as ensuring process quality and compliance with technical requirements.

Requirements

• Mandatory knowledge of English language
• Optional knowledge of German language
• Knowledge of CAD design – Autocad
• Knowledge of SAP usage
• Experience in mechanical process development, assembly, and mounting
• Basic knowledge of process planning
• Experience in FMEA, process flow, layout, etc
• Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic TPM principles is an advantage
• Well-organized person, oriented towards quality, respect of deadlines, good communication skills, initiative, and teamwork spirit
