Job Description
We are offering internships or academic theses in the area of Learning, Development & Vocational Training. As an intern, you will work with a team of 200 trainees and around 2,400 employees, focusing on topics such as training, employee development, continuing education, talent management, change management, and knowledge management.
Requirements
- Studying Business Administration with a focus on Personnel, (Economic-) Psychology, or Adult Education
- Communicative and enjoy working with and for people
- Reliability and independent work are a matter of course
- Creative and have many ideas
- Want to complete an internship as part of your studies or write a thesis
