Job Description
Tia is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance to join their team in a remote location. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and iterating on complex financial models, extracting data, and providing strategic analysis support. They will also work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical leadership to provide data-driven insights and help refine and automate financial reporting and data workflows.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Management Consulting, Economic Consulting, Business Analytics, or a similar high-intensity analytical role
- High-velocity background with experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or high-ambiguity environments
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical mindset with a 'first principles' approach to problem-solving
- Ability to distill complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives for various stakeholders
