Job Description
The Associate, Asset Management job is responsible for maximizing the value of the organization's real estate portfolio through managing, leasing, development, and dispositions of diversified, domestic real estate investments.
Requirements
- Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets with a focus on office and life science sectors.
- Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts.
- Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process.
- Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments.
- Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments.
- Researches current issues impacting the real estate management business that may affect the company’s portfolio.
- Possesses knowledge of current real estate market conditions for submarkets in which assets are located.
