Job Description
The Company Secretary plays a critical role in ensuring corporate governance compliance, maintaining statutory records, and supporting the Board of Directors and senior management in meeting their legal and regulatory obligations under Luxembourg law.
Requirements
- A university degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and governance frameworks
- Minimum three to five years of experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance, or legal compliance role
