Job Description
Nuveen is seeking an Investment Manager for its logistics sector in France. The successful candidate will drive sourcing and execution of investment opportunities, develop strong market contacts, and represent the firm externally. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in investment, development, and asset management in the French/European real estate/logistics market.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years investment, development and asset management experience on the French (European) real estate / logistics market.
- Demonstrable experience in investing in the logistics sector
- Excellent financial, legal, technical/property grounding and the ability to identify potential risk.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
