Job Description
Join Nuveen's Dutch Real Estate team as an Associate and provide assistance to the local country head in investment and asset management activities. Responsibilities include asset management, investment, and research.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masterâs degree
- High proficiency in English and Dutch
- Financial, analytical, and modelling skills (experienced user of Excel)
- 3-5 yearsâ experience in real estate asset management
- Experience in retail and office sector preferred
- Knowledge and experience in PE/value add environment preferred
- Knowledge and experience of local law concerning general real estate matters
