Job Description
We have an opening for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to help drive operational excellence and build a culture of continuous improvement at Tiara Yachts. The ideal candidate will have experience leading or coaching Lean manufacturing principles, strong data analysis skills, and excellent communication and coaching abilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading or coaching Lean manufacturing principles
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge of CI tools
- Strong data and process analysis skills
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and follow-through skills
- Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication and coaching abilities
- Able to work independently while being a strong team contributor
