Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, personable individual who assembles, finishes and installs wood trim, doors, mirrors and plumbing on boats. Must have an eye for details and quality for carpentry work.
Requirements
- Cutting floors to shape of patterns with hand router
- Use a chop saw to cut boards to length
- Sand and prep floors for varnish
- Layout and use fiberglass and resin to glue boards together
- Work with and understand the building process of assembling product together
- Read and understand units of measure
- Communicate product, process or material constraints or issues to the team leader
- Accustomed to physical tasks for long periods of time
- Basic computer knowledge and basic math skills
- Assist with training team members to develop job knowledge and improve performance
- Maintain daily labor tracking records
